Q1. What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for 1st sample order. Small quantity is acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders exceeding 1000-2000 pcs (model dependent), FOB terms apply. Sample orders are highly welcomed.
Q2. Can you provide custom design and branding?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with an in-house mold and plastic injection workshop, we can develop products per your specific requirements. Packaging and logos can be customized with a MOQ of 1000 pcs per color.
Q3. What is the delivery lead time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is approximately 15-20 days depending on quantity. Customized orders with branding typically take 25-30 days.
Q4. How do you ship the goods?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air flight, taking 10-15 days. Bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination port.
Q5. What are the available payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before delivery. For smaller amounts, full payment is recommended to save on bank fees.
Q6. Do you offer after-sales technical support?
Yes, we provide full technical support for all our LED products. If you encounter any functional issues, our engineering team is available to assist with troubleshooting and solutions.
