We usually quote within 24 hours after we receive your inquiry.
Q2: Are your samples free or do they have a cost?
It depends on the products. For low-value products, we provide free samples with freight collect. For high-value items, sample costs and freight apply, which can be refunded after a formal order is placed.
Q3: What is your payment term?
We accept T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping.
Q4: Can you provide customized designs for packaging?
Yes, we can design packaging and carton boxes according to your specific requirements. Otherwise, we use our regular standard packing.
Q5: What is the lead time for mass production?
In the off-peak season, it is within 25-30 days after the deposit. During busy seasons, it is within 40-45 days. We strive to deliver goods as soon as possible.
Q6: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 3000pcs, though 1pc is available for sample checking purposes.
